强化过程,关注学生学习状态以及兴趣与能力的培养,这是新课改发展的趋势,也是新课标所一直倡导的。从心理角度分析,让每个学生都能达到最近发展区,在原有基础上有所提升,要实现这一目标最根本的就是要因材施教、分层评价。笔者认为,在小学英语课堂教学中也要开展分层评价,针对不同学生不同学习目标做出不同的评价,从而充分调动学生学习的兴趣和主动性。
