城市的发展对民用航空的需求越来越大,根据国家关于将上海打造成“两个中心”的战略规划,上海浦东国际机场T1航站楼流程改造工程成为实现上海航空枢纽这一既定目标的重要组成部分。工程施工过程中,要求在确保机场正常运营的情况下“不停航”施工。通过技术路线的优化,以及对人、机、物料等制定“不停航施工管理”措施,以确保航站楼的施工顺利进行。
