阐述了一种新颖有效的光纤光栅微应力传感及信号解调的方法 ,将光纤Bragg光栅在微应变作用下产生的波长变化用于传感测量 ,用一对光纤Bragg光栅进行信号解调 ,同时进行了温度补偿。理论上分析了传感的原理 ,实验上得到了线性度很高的响应。研究表明 ,本传感系统结构简单 ,操作方便 ,灵敏度高 ,可以识别 1με以下的变化。
A novel and effective method of fiber grating micro-stress sensing and signal demodulation is described. The wavelength variation of fiber Bragg grating under micro-strain is used for sensing measurement. The signal is demodulated by a pair of fiber Bragg gratings, At the same time the temperature compensation. The principle of sensing is theoretically analyzed, and the response with high linearity is experimentally obtained. The research shows that the sensing system has the advantages of simple structure, convenient operation, high sensitivity and can identify the changes below 1με.
