C_(57)BL 品系小鼠是在科研中应用较多的一种黑色纯系小鼠。本文报导了 C_(57)小鼠的43项生理生化常值的测定结果,供参考。材料与方法一、动物:来自上海实验动物中心纯种房,最早是73年从北京动物所引进的,引进时是第13代,试验用小鼠是第23代。
The C_ (57) BL strain of mice is a black purebred strain that has been widely used in scientific research. This article reports the results of 43 physiological and biochemical assays of C57 mice, for reference. MATERIALS AND METHODS A. Animals: The purebreds from Shanghai Experimental Animal Center were introduced from Beijing animals as early as 73 years after being introduced into the thirteenth generation and the experimental mice were the 23rd generation.
