继2000年4月 “核心平台”一版软件发布后,近日,劳动保障部又正式推出社会保险管理信息系统核心平台二版(SIMISCP2.0)软件。据介绍,时隔三年推出的核心平台二版不仅在业务功能方面较一版有了很大的提高,而且在系统性能和安全方面也大为增强,能够更好的适应社会保险信息系统和“金保工程”建设的要求。针对二版的技术特点、适用范围,发展方向等方面,本刊记者采访了承担二版开发的组织和研发任务的北京利博赛社保信息技术有限公司副总经理、核心平台研究院院长陆春生博士。
