目的 :观察新型复方戊二醛消毒剂的微生物学效应和毒性。方法 :采用载体定量与定性实验法观察生物学效应 ,通过动物实验法进行毒理学评价。结果 :戊二醛含量为 75 0mg/L ,对载体上金黄色葡萄球菌和白色念珠菌作用 10min ,对大肠杆菌作用 7min ,平均杀灭率 >99.9%;戊二醛含量为 2 0g/L ,对载体上枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢杀灭率达到 10 0 %,作用 2 40min对医疗器械上污染的枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢可达到灭菌要求。毒理试验 ,小鼠经口给药LD50 >6 0 0 0mg/kg(体重 ) ,骨髓嗜多染红细胞微核率与阴性对照无差别 ,对小鼠精子畸形发生率无影响。结论 :复方戊二醛消毒剂具有优良的杀灭微生物效果 ,在试验剂量下属于实际无毒 ,无致畸变和致突变作用。
