心电图,P_(Ⅱ、Ⅲ、avF)倒置,P_(avR)直立、倒置或平坦在飞行人员中并非少见。我们在飞行人员年度大体检查出9例,在招飞体检中查出12例。现分析如下。 1 临床资料 我们所检出的21例均系健康飞行人员和招飞学员,年龄17—31岁,无心脏阳性体征。听诊及心脏透视无异常,二维超声心动图各房室腔大小正常,各瓣膜未见异常改变。其中6例飞行人员有2—5年体检记录,P_(Ⅱ、Ⅳ、avF)平静呼吸时倒时正,他们飞行耐力良好,并未见任何异常

In the year of our pilots, we mostly detected 9 cases and 12 cases were detected in the examination of the flying traps. Among them, 6 crew members had a physical examination record of 2 to 5 years. P_ (Ⅱ, Ⅳ, avF) turned down when they breathe calmly and they were well endurance in flight without any abnormality
