用ProCAST铸造仿真软件对ZL104铝合金活塞砂型重力铸造过程进行了数值模拟。依据模拟结果,分析了铸件充型凝固过程的速度场和温度场,并预测出缺陷形成区域,建立了工艺优化措施。采用增设冒口、降低浇注速度等措施后,原铸造缺陷位置发生改变,提高了产品的品质和合格率。
ProCAST casting simulation software was used to simulate the gravity casting process of ZL104 aluminum alloy piston sand mold. According to the simulation results, the velocity field and the temperature field of the mold filling and solidification process are analyzed, and the defect formation area is predicted, and the process optimization measures are established. Adoption of additional riser, reducing pouring speed and other measures, the original casting defect position changes, improve product quality and pass rate.
