目的:观察米非司酮配伍米索前列醇终止早期妊娠的使用疗效。方法:选取我院2011年4月~2013年4月年20例早期妊娠患者,采用米非司酮配伍米索前列醇片,观察流产的成功率、阴道出血量、时间、疼痛、不良反应、依从性、并发症方面。结果:使用米非司酮配伍米索前列醇片终止早期妊娠的阴道出血量少,疼痛轻,不良反应及并发症少,患者依从性高,但阴道出血时间长。结论:米非司酮配伍米索前列醇终止早期妊娠能减轻患者的痛苦,提高疗效。
Objective: To observe the efficacy of mifepristone with misoprostol in terminating early pregnancy. Methods: Twenty patients with early pregnancy in our hospital from April 2011 to April 2013 were enrolled. Mifepristone and misoprostol tablets were used to observe the success rate of miscarriage, vaginal bleeding, time, pain, adverse reactions, Compliance, complications. Results: The use of mifepristone and misoprostol tablets to stop early pregnancy less vaginal bleeding, pain, adverse reactions and fewer complications, patients with high compliance, but long vaginal bleeding. Conclusion: The termination of early pregnancy with mifepristone and misoprostol can reduce the patient’s pain and improve the curative effect.
