淄博市编办创新实践机关事业单位职责履行评估考核工作一是探索进行政府部门履行职责情况评估。将涉及职责调整任务等情况的部门作为评估试点,试点成熟后在全市政府部门推开,形成部门评估报告,提出整改意见。通过评估,全面掌握部门职责履行情况,进一步理顺关系、优化结构、提高效能,逐步使部门履职情况成为机构编制调整的重要依据。
