根据调查,农科院校的女大学生就业率比男生低28.2个百分点;相对于男生而言,就业面狭窄;月收入也明显低于男生。原因是:在大学扩招后女生的比例逐年提高,我国大学毕业生的供给增加比例远超过国民收入增加的比例;企业追求经济利益最大化;农科院校的女大学生有80%都来自农村,大部分缺少相关的社会背景和经济背景。要通过扩大农科院校专业设置自主权、加强就业生指导教育、增强实践动手能力以及提高女大学生的综合素质等,来提高女大学生的就业率。
