视网膜劈裂症(Retinoschisis)早在1869年就有人从病理组织学方面进行了报导。但那时在临床上对本病尚不认识。近几年来,由于检查方法的改进,才认为本病是一独特的原发性眼病。1933年Bartels首次报告了两例。但以后在文献上介绍不多,有些病例当作视网膜囊肿和视网膜脱离报导了。我国有彭家佛于1964年报告两例,1976年娄长琪报告一例。近年来,本病已被人们重视,病例报导逐年增多。
Retinoschisis was reported histopathologically as early as 1869. But then I did not know the disease clinically. In recent years, due to the improvement of examination methods, this disease is considered as a unique primary eye disease. Bartels first reported two cases in 1933. However, after the introduction in the literature is not much, in some cases as retinal cysts and retinal detachment reported. There are two cases of Peng Jiafu reported in 1964 in our country. One case was reported by Lou Changqi in 1976. In recent years, the disease has been taken seriously, case reports increased year by year.
