从配合的角度来看,造成电脑化失败或电脑化咸效不彰的原因有:资讯人员与使用单位间沟通不良,资讯人员的选任、管理与规划不当,使用者教育训练不足,系统测试与验收经验缺乏及与软件公司搭配方式不佳等。本文摘编自台湾《资讯与电脑》杂志,原作者林美华曾辅导许多中小企业进行电脑化。本文介绍的三个事例,说明了如何避免上述原因的发生,及不幸发生后的补救之道。现推荐给读者研究参考。
From the perspective of coordination, the reasons for the failure of computerization or the inadequacy of computerization are: poor communication between information personnel and users, improper selection, management and planning of information personnel, inadequate education and training of users, and system testing. Lack of acceptance experience and poor matching with software companies. This article is an excerpt from the “Information and Computer” magazine in Taiwan. The original author, Lin Meihua, has taught many SMEs to computerize. The three examples presented in this article illustrate how to avoid the above reasons and remedy after the unfortunate occurrence. It is recommended to readers for reference.
