城市群是我国新型城镇化的主体形态,也是拓展发展空间、释放发展潜力的重要载体,还是参与国际竞争合作的重要平台。按照《国家发展改革委办公厅关于开展跨省级行政区城市群规划编制工作的通知》(发改办规划[2014]1066号)的要求,为进一步加快城市群规划编制进度,促进城市群健康可持续发展,现将编制工作安排和具体要求通知如下(发改办规划[2016]2526号):
