In a high-velocity carbonate environment, we collected low-noise cross-well data with a 0.76-meter spatial sampling interval. The results show that there are coherent events that are not found on the dense sampling section. Whenever a simple approximation of geologic conditions, source and geophones is made, each of the events in the field record can be interpreted without regard to the presence or absence of the well. When analyzing the field data based on the time difference, synthetic records were used as a guide. The analysis shows that many of the full-wave fields (such as scattered waves) in our data are derived from direct P and S waves
