大学英语教学团队的建设对提高大学英语教学质量、促进大学英语教学改革具有重要意义。从大学英语教学团队的内涵及特征入手,分析创建合作型大学英语教学团队的必要性,并重点从选好团队带头人、制定团队目标、加强团队师资建设、培育团队精神、完善团队运行和激励机制五方面探讨合作型大学英语教学团队建设的基本思路,以期形成凝聚力和集体上进心,带动全体教师教学、科研齐头并进。
The construction of college English teaching team is of great significance to improve the quality of college English teaching and promote the reform of college English teaching. Beginning with the connotation and characteristics of college English teaching team, this paper analyzes the necessity of establishing English teaching team of cooperative college and focuses on selecting team leaders, setting team goals, strengthening team teachers, fostering team spirit, improving team operation and motivation Mechanism to explore five aspects of the construction of cooperative English teaching team basic ideas in order to form a cohesive and collective ambition to promote all teachers teaching and research go hand in hand.
