肯尼亚I号线成品油管道重建项目是已有路权范围内重建合适管径的管道并利用已有8座泵站设施以满足远期2044年输量要求。由于输量变化较大,存在多种输油工艺设计方案,以Stoner公司的SPS软件为基础,建立了符合肯尼亚1号线实际的管道模型,最终确定了三种可行的设计方案。另外,通过SPS中INTRAN文件的逻辑控制命令编写实现了现场液力偶合器对离心泵转速调节和三种成品油顺序输送的全过程动态模拟。
Kenya I Line Refined Oil Pipeline Rehabilitation Project is to rebuild the appropriate pipe diameter within the scope of the right of way and use the existing eight pumping station facilities to meet the long-term 2044 annual output requirements. Due to the large variation of the output, there are many oil delivery process design schemes. Based on the Stoner SPS software, the actual pipeline model that meets the requirements of Kenya Line 1 is established, and finally three feasible design solutions are determined. In addition, through the logical control command of INTRAN file in SPS, the dynamic simulation of the entire process of the speed adjustment of centrifugal pump and the orderly delivery of three kinds of refined oil was realized.
