Systemic scleroderma (SSC) is the more common systemic connective tissue disease that affects the skin and multiple organs. The incidence of this disease varies slowly, the clinical manifestations of diverse and complex, so often misdiagnosed. Now misdiagnosed 4 cases reported as follows. 1 Clinical data Example 1: Female, 43 years old. Due to systemic edema for 9 months, the skin hardens 4 months in July 2000 admission. After the onset of systemic edema in patients with tight skin
