用红墨水染色法测定麦种发芽力,简便易行,不少基层单位很愿采用,但由于染色后情况复杂,既出现容易判断的胚红、胚白,也出现不容易判断的、既非全红又非全白的“中间型”,使初试者感到有一定困难,也常常影响测定的准确性。为了提高红墨水染色判断的准确性,我们进行了染色后实际发芽验证,并根据12,818粒染色麦种的试验结果,绘制了染色结果鉴定图谱。经我们用红四唑对红墨水染色的结果进行复染验证,证明两种染色的结果几乎是完全一样。因此,这个图谱可供鉴定时参考。
Red ink staining method to determine the germination capacity of wheat is simple and easy, and many grass-roots units are willing to adopt it. However, due to the complicated situation after staining, it is not easy to judge the appearance of embryo red and white embryos. Full red and not all white “intermediate”, so that first-time test have some difficulties, but also often affect the accuracy of the determination. In order to improve the accuracy of judgment of red ink staining, we carried out the actual germination verification after dyeing, and drawed the identification chart of the staining results based on the test results of 12,818 dyed wheat varieties. After we used red tetrazolium staining results of red ink by complex verification that the two staining results are almost exactly the same. Therefore, this map can be used as a reference for identification.
