利用冬闲田,以稻草、粪料为主要原料栽培蘑菇,可大大增加收入,栽培后的残料还可直接还田或作为生物有机肥的原料。现将冬闲田蘑菇栽培技术介绍如下:一.培养料配方堆料时以每平方米菇床计,用干稻草12.5～13.5千克、菜籽饼粉0.8千克、石膏粉0.45千克、过磷酸钙0.45千克、复合肥0.45千克、石灰粉0.45千克。所需原料可按每1/15公顷冬闲田单层栽培面积390～400米~2折算。
