为避开炎痛喜康片剂对胃肠道的刺激性,本文研究了炎痛喜康软膏剂的制备及其透皮吸收过程。研制的炎痛喜康软膏剂物理性能较稳定,对家兔皮肤的刺激性很小。炎痛喜康能从软膏基质中缓慢释放,透过家兔皮肤进入血液,在5～28h内保持在有效血药浓度之上。但其体内吸收分数与体外累积释放量之间无显著相关关系。
In order to avoid irritating to the gastrointestinal tract YXXT tablets, this paper studies the Yikong Xikang ointment preparation and transdermal absorption process. Developed Yankang Xikang ointment more stable physical properties, the skin irritation of small rabbits. Yikongxi Kang slow release from the ointment base, through the rabbit’s skin into the blood, within 5 ~ 28h to maintain effective plasma concentrations above. However, there was no significant correlation between the body absorption fraction and the cumulative amount released in vitro.
