通过sol-gel法制备出CNTs/TiO_2复合光催化剂。分别使用X-射线衍射仪(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、氮气吸脱附分析仪(BET)、差热-热重分析仪(TG-DTA)及红外吸收光谱仪(FT-IR)对CNTs/TiO_2复合光催化剂的晶型、热稳定性及其形貌进行表征。结果显示:在碳纳米管的管壁上负载有锐钛矿相TiO_2纳米颗粒,且CNTs/TiO_2复合光催化剂在紫外光波长范围有较好的吸收性能。在紫外灯照射下,以甲基橙溶液为目标降解物,CNTs/TiO_2复合光催化剂对目标溶液的降解有高的光催化活性,光照180min降解率高达92.6%.
CNTs / TiO 2 composite photocatalysts were prepared by sol-gel method. The samples were characterized by XRD, SEM, BET, TG-DTA and FT-IR The morphology, thermal stability and morphology of CNTs / TiO_2 composite photocatalysts were characterized. The results show that anatase TiO 2 nanoparticles are supported on the wall of CNTs, and the CNTs / TiO 2 composite photocatalysts have good absorption properties in the ultraviolet wavelength range. Under UV irradiation, methyl orange solution was the target degradation product. CNTs / TiO 2 composite photocatalyst had high photocatalytic activity for the degradation of the target solution, and the degradation rate was 92.6% after 180 min irradiation.
