改革开放30年,广东省深入解放思想,开拓创新,取得了举世瞩目的成绩,稳居国内经济建设排头兵。但在辉煌的成就下,许多深层次的问题逐步凸现,区域发展不协调则是其中之一,并逐步成为制约广东科学发展和和谐社会建设、关乎广东新一轮经济大发展成败的关键因素。本文从实践科学发展观、新一轮思想大解放和和谐社会建设的角度分析了当前解决区域协调发展的重要性与紧迫性;着重从思想观念、产业布局、公共财政、政策环境和人力资源等角度提出推动区域协调发展的对策研究。
In the 30 years since the reform and opening up, Guangdong Province has emancipated its minds, pioneered and innovated, and has made remarkable achievements all over the world. It has become the vanguard of domestic economic construction. However, under the brilliant achievements, many deep-seated problems have gradually emerged. Regional uncoordination is one of them. It gradually becomes the key factor that restricts the scientific and harmonious social construction in Guangdong and the success or failure of the new round of economic development in Guangdong. This paper analyzes the importance and urgency of resolving the problem of regional coordinated development from the point of view of practicing the scientific outlook on development, the new round of ideological emancipation and the construction of a harmonious society. It focuses on the following aspects: ideological concepts, industrial layout, public finance, policy environment and human resources Point out the countermeasures to promote the coordinated development of the region.
