由广西壮族自治区科学技术委员会委托广西电力工业局组织有关专家于1996年4月17日对由广西水电工程局完成的《高压喷射灌浆在砂卵石层基础防渗新技术的应用与研究》进行科技成果技术鉴定。参加鉴定会有:广西科学技术委员会、武汉水利电力大学、广西电力工业局、广西电力工业勘察设计研究院、广西水电设计研究院、广西岩滩水电站工程建设公司、广西水电科学研究所等9个单位27名代表。会议由鉴定委员会主任卢宝述教授级高级工程师和袁光裕教授分别主持。大埔水电站一期工程基坑纵向草土围堰和上下横向土石围堰置于砂卵石覆盖层上,厚3~15m,透水性强,K=25~100m/d,计算基坑渗漏量达6380t/h。设计要求灌浆后,在设计挡水标准下,基坑内的渗漏量不能大于1000t/h。砂卵石的粒径较大,大于(?)12cm占13%,最大粒径达25cm。根据大埔水电站工程总进度要求,需于
