目的观察比较光固化流体树脂与传统可见光窝沟封闭剂对儿童龋齿的预防及治疗的临床疗效。方法选择门诊6~10岁患儿80名为对象随机分成二组,分别使用光固化流体树脂与传统可见光窝沟封闭剂充填封闭儿童第一恒磨牙(包括无龋牙和早龋牙)并随访观察2a。结果光固化流体树脂窝沟封闭的完整保存率在术后1、2a均高于传统可见光窝沟封闭剂,二者比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。两组儿童第一恒磨牙窝沟封闭后,术后1、2a检查患龋率,两种方法预防龋齿效果差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论两种封闭剂均能有效预防及治疗儿童龋病,光固化流体树脂好于传统可见光窝沟封闭剂。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of light-cured fluid resin and traditional visible pit and fissure sealant in the prevention and treatment of children’s dental caries. Methods Eighty children aged 6 to 10 years old were randomly divided into two groups. The first permanent molars (including caries-free teeth and early carious teeth) were filled with light-cured fluid resin and traditional visible fissure sealant, followed up Observe 2a. Results The complete preservative rate of fissure sealant was higher than that of conventional fissure sealant at 1 and 2 days after operation, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.01). Conclusion Both of the two kinds of blocking agents can effectively prevent and treat caries in children. The light-cured fluid resin is better than the traditional visible pit and fissure sealant.
