小微企业是我国数量最大的市场主体,是“创业创新”的重要载体,而科技型小微企业又是小微企业中最具活力、最有发展潜力的企业。如何精准帮扶处于萌芽阶段的科技型小微企业,增强科技型小微企业自主创新能力,使其成为“大众创业、万众创新”生力军、独角兽,构建健全的科技型小微企业标准体系是关键。本文结合广东省江门市探索培育发展科技型小微企业过程,分析归纳了出台的一些列标准法规,提出了构建江门市科技型小微企业标准体系总框架思路,有助于该标准体系在全国范围内的推广和学习。
