独立学院发展的新形势,给独立学院辅导员工作提出了新要求,进一步加强和改进辅导员队伍建设迫在眉睫。本研究对重庆市6所独立学院近200名辅导员展开调查,对获取的数据进行多元统计分析,结果表明:独立学院辅导员胜任特征结构包括情感特质、知识结构、性格特质、教育策略、自我效能感、特殊能力、自我监控、一般能力8个因素。经检验,本问卷具有较好的信度和效度,可以作为测量独立学院辅导员胜任特征的有效工具。
The new situation in the development of independent colleges has set new requirements for the work of counselors in independent colleges. It is imminent to further strengthen and improve the contingent of counselors. This study investigated nearly 200 counselors in 6 independent colleges in Chongqing and conducted multivariate statistical analysis on the data obtained. The results showed that the competency structure of counselors in independent colleges includes emotional traits, knowledge structure, personality traits, educational strategies, self Effectiveness, special ability, self-monitoring, general ability of 8 factors. After examination, the questionnaire has good reliability and validity, can be used as an effective measure of independent college counselors competency characteristics.
