一、目的为了评选奖励一九五五年度国营、地方国营、公私合营及私营工业生产、基本建设(包括按装、勘探单位),交通运输[铁路、公路、邮电]部门在增产节约劳动竞赛中涌现出来的集体模范单位和个人劳动模范,总结经验、表扬奖励先进,为职工群众树立学习榜样,指出一九五六年努力方向,进一步发挥职工的积极性和创造性,学习苏联,推广先进经验,把增产节约劳动竞赛推向新的高潮,给完成与超额完成一九五六年国家生产计划打下良好的基础,并且争取提前实现国家第一个五年计划所付予我省的光荣而艰巨的任务。
