为进一步研制新型的抗肿瘤药物打基础,试验以竹叶青蛇毒毒腺的RNA为模板,采用RT-PCR技术扩增L-氨基酸氧化酶(LAAO)基因,经克隆和测序并通过Blast分析。结果表明:LAAO基因与GenBank中公布序列编码的竹叶青蛇毒L-氨基酸氧化酶基因的序列(AY277739)同源性达98.23%。
To further develop a new type of antitumor drug, we used the RNA of venom gland as a template to amplify L-amino acid oxidase (LAAO) gene by RT-PCR, cloned and sequenced and analyzed by Blast. The results showed that the LAAO gene shared 98.23% identity with the sequence of the L-amino acid oxidase gene (AY277739) encoded by GenBank.
