目的观察使用引线型硅胶管治疗泪小管阻塞的临床效果。方法回顾性分析2009年3月至12月我院眼科门诊治疗泪小管阻塞患者101例,观察疗效,随访时间为6个月至一年。结果 101例患者均成功置入引线型硅胶管,术后随访,已有63例拔管,冲洗不通畅流泪的有7例,1例因硅胶管异物反应严重,植入1个月后拔管,冲洗通畅。结论引线型硅胶管治疗泪小管阻塞,具有损伤小,易操作,恢复快,效果好的特点。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of lead silicone tube in the treatment of lacrimal duct obstruction. Methods A retrospective analysis of 101 cases in our hospital from March to December 2009 in the treatment of lacrimal duct obstruction was performed. The curative effect was observed. The follow-up time ranged from 6 months to one year. Results All the 101 patients were successfully treated with lead silicone tube. Postoperative follow-up showed that there were 63 extubation cases, 7 cases of irrigating flushing, 1 case of serious foreign body reaction due to silicone tube, extubation after 1 month , Flushing unobstructed. Conclusion Lead silicone tube for the treatment of lacrimal duct obstruction, with less damage, easy to operate, fast recovery, good effect.
