中国系统工程学会过程系统工程专业委员会成立大会暨第一次学术交流会于1991年10月6日9日在济南炼油厂召开。中国系统工程学会副秘书长于景元宣读了第一届过程系统工程专业委员会的组成名单并代表总会予以祝贺。山东省石化厅及济南市科协的有关领导也出席了开幕式。 参加大会的有来自化工、石油化工、轻工、冶金、有色冶金、医药、建材、能源、机械、兵工等行业的科研、设计、管理单位、生产企业以及中国科学院、高等院校的98名代表,其中具有高级职称的占半数以上。这次会议是我国过程系统工程研究队伍的一次大会师、研究成果的一次大检阅。大会人选
China System Engineering Society Process Systems Engineering Committee set up the first meeting and the first academic exchange was held on October 6, 1991 9 in Jinan refinery. Yu Jingyuan, deputy secretary general of China Society for Systems Engineering, read out the list of the first systematic committee of process engineering and congratulated it on behalf of the General Assembly. Shandong Petrochemical Department and Jinan Association for Science and Technology leaders also attended the opening ceremony. There were 98 scientific research, design and management units, manufacturing enterprises, and Chinese Academy of Sciences and universities attending the conference from chemical, petrochemical, light industry, metallurgy, nonferrous metallurgy, medicine, building materials, energy, machinery, Representatives, of whom more than half have senior titles.
