报告1例因食管异物于病后73天发生致死性大出血,并对诊断及迟发性出血的原因、预防措施进行了讨论。

One case of fatal hemorrhage due to esophageal foreign body in 73 days after the illness was reported, and the causes of diagnosis and delayed hemorrhage were also discussed. Preventive measures were also discussed.
