1994年5月28日,我厂凉水塔一台30E2-11No,47轴流风机变速器铜质蜗轮套圈严重磨损、拉毛.事后我们打开减速器检查,从齿的磨合轨迹看啮合是正确的,但油箱油位低,确认是由于润滑不良造成这次损坏.但操作工说,开启风机前检查润滑油油位在正常位置.后进一步检查分析发现,原来是因为在检修时一时疏忽,示将油窗清洗干净,导致操作工误认为润滑油正常.这种风机的结构不太合理,给减速器添加润滑油是在导风筒外通过一根1′′钢管加入,而检查油位时要进入导风筒内直接从减速器油窗上查看(如图示).而且在开机状态下无法检查;即使在停机状态下,风机叶轮也会因水蒸气不断从凉水塔底部上升而旋转,并且因有水蒸汽存在,油位往往不容易看清楚,检查润滑油油位既不准确又不安全.为了消除这种弊病,我们将原加油管弯头改为三通,在另一端接上一根(1/2)′′的玻璃
