我院于1979年8月至1980年2月,采用大剂量氨甲喋呤及甲酰四氢叶酸钙解救(HD—MTX—CFR)及其与放疗合用,共治厅34例恶性肿瘤,现小结于下: 临床资料 性别、年龄:男26例,女8例,年令最小19岁最大65岁。 病种:鼻咽癌6例、鼻腔浆细胞肉瘤1例、肺癌5例、纵隔肿瘤2例、食管癌4例、晚期直肠癌6例、降结肠癌盆腔转侈、胃癌术后腹腔广泛转移、肾母细胞瘤术后肺及腹腔转移各1例、骨肉瘤3例、骨巨细胞瘤术后恶变1例、淋巴肉瘤
In August 1979 to February 1980, our hospital used high-dose methotrexate and calcium leucovorin (HD-MTX-CFR) and its combination with radiotherapy to treat 34 cases of malignant tumors. : Clinical data on gender, age: 26 males and 8 females, annual minimum age 19 years old, maximum 65 years old. Diseases: 6 cases of nasopharyngeal carcinoma, 1 case of nasal plasma cell sarcoma, 5 cases of lung cancer, 2 cases of mediastinal tumor, 4 cases of esophageal cancer, 6 cases of advanced rectal cancer, pelvic transposition of descending colon cancer, extensive abdominal metastasis after gastric cancer surgery, 1 case of nephroblastoma postoperative lung and celiac metastasis in 1 case, osteosarcoma in 3 cases, postoperative malignant transformation of giant cell tumor of bone, lymphosarcoma
