城乡一体化的推进,正值人民内部矛盾凸显、刑事犯罪高发时期,影响和谐稳定的因素大量存在。发挥司法权的职能作用,为城乡一体化建设创造安定有序的法治环境,是检察机关的重要职责。目前,广州地区80%的案件在基层,基层检察机关如何发挥能动作用,服务城乡一体化建设大局显得尤为重要。
The promotion of the integration of urban and rural areas is at a time when the internal contradictions among the people are prominent. There are many factors that affect the harmony and stability during the high incidence of criminal offenses. To play the functional role of judicial power and create a stable and orderly legal environment for the integration of urban and rural areas is an important responsibility of procuratorial organs. At present, it is particularly important that 80% of the cases in Guangzhou work at the grassroots level and grassroots procuratorates play an active role in serving the overall urban-rural integration.
