After Miss Saunders opened classes for children under stress abilities, many people asked with some surprise: “How can children have any pressure?” These people actually do not understand children at all. Never explain to them what the pressures the kids are facing. Children often tell her everything about their headache, the lumps on their throats, and even the butterfly flew into their belly. In fact, children know they feel pressure but do not know how to control it ,need your help. Sanders has repeatedly emphasized the importance of simple caressing and hugging. Children feel real contact with their parents and help to relax and build self-esteem.
