由于近代资本主义因素对传统农业的渗透不足,致使民国时期的农业发展受到诸多限制,未能实现向现代农业的转变,这反过来又使弊病繁多的农业问题更加严重。基于此,本文对这一时期的农业经济问题进行考察,首先分析了民国时期的农业基于生产技术和经营规模的经营方式,然后讨论了该时期农业经济的发展瓶颈,在参照经济学家方显廷和卜凯典型农业思想的基础上,进一步探讨了民国时期农业经济思想的现实启示。
Due to the infiltration of modern capitalism into traditional agriculture, the development of agriculture in the Republic of China was subject to many limitations and the transformation to modern agriculture was not realized. This, in turn, aggravated the serious problem of agriculture. Based on this, this article examines the agricultural economy in this period. First of all, it analyzes the management mode of agriculture based on production technology and scale of operation during the Republic of China, and then discusses the bottleneck of agricultural economy development in this period. In reference to the economists Fang Xian Ting and Bu Kai typical agricultural thought on the basis of further exploring the practical enlightenment of agricultural economic thoughts during the Republic of China.
