国有经济控制力,即国有经济对整个国民经济的支配、引导和支撑能力。在多元化的市场经济格局下,国有经济对国民经济发展的控制力状况,直接影响到我国经济的健康、稳定发展态势。近年来,随着“抓大放小”和国有经济战略性改组的实施,我国国有经济运行质量得到较大提高,国有资本对其他社会资本的控制力不断增强,这对于稳定国民经济运行、促进提高国民经济竞争力起到了重要作用。但由于体制性和结构性因素影响,当前我国国有经济控制力仍然受到诸多制约,亟待采取措施加以解决。
