短梗茁霉A.Pullulans是一种具有酵母型和菌丝型的两型真菌。该菌在深层培养过程中具有产生胞外多糖的能力。据文献报导,这种胞外多糖可用作血浆代用品,也可用作食品包装薄膜,增稠剂和水果鸡蛋的涂层保鲜。为了获得短梗茁霉胞外多糖的优良菌株,我们进行了菌株的筛选,初步认为AS3.3984和015号菌株具有产胞外多糖能力,由于015号菌株不产生黑色素而优于AS3.3984菌株。经鉴定As3.3984为短梗茁霉黑色变种A.pnllu-lans var.melanigenum.015号为短梗茁霉原变种A.Pullulans var pullulans。
Pullulan A. A. Pullulans is a type of yeast with two types of fungi and mycelium. The bacteria in the deep culture process has the ability to produce extracellular polysaccharides. According to the literature, this extracellular polysaccharide can be used as a plasma substitute, but also can be used as food packaging film, thickener and fruit egg coating preservation. In order to obtain excellent strains of Streptomyces pullulans extracellular polysaccharides, we carried out the screening of strains, initially believed that AS3.3984 and 015 strains have the ability to produce extracellular polysaccharide, because 015 strain does not produce melanin and better than AS3.3984 strains . As3.3984 identified as short stalk pullulan black variant A.pnllu-lans var.melanigenum.015 stubble pullulan mutant A. Pullulans var pullulans.
