本文研究明党参水煎剂对小鼠脾脏淋巴细胞NK活性的调节作用。结果表明,小鼠腹腔注射1∶10的明党参煎剂0.5ml,24小时后,脾细胞NK活性明显增高。体外实验中,高浓度的明党参显著抑制NK活性,较低浓度时则促进NK活性。进一步实验表明,明党参对小鼠NK活性的促进作喟部份依赖于粘附细胞的存在。实验结果提示,对NK活性的促进作用可能是明党具有滋补强壮作用的机理之一。
This article studied the effect of the decoction of Radix Codonopsis on the NK activity of mouse splenic lymphocytes. The results showed that mice were intraperitoneally injected with 0.5 ml of the decoction of Ming Dangshen at a dose of 1:10. After 24 hours, the NK activity of spleen cells was significantly increased. In vitro experiments, high concentrations of radix sclerotiorum significantly inhibited NK activity, and at lower concentrations promoted NK activity. Further experiments showed that the promotion of NK activity in mice by radix pilosula is partly dependent on the presence of adherent cells. The experimental results suggest that the promotion of NK activity may be one of the mechanisms by which the Ming Party has a nourishing and strengthening effect.
