在我们的美术院校里,学生审美价值的表现在当代美术教育多元、互融格局下已成为为个新的课题。因材施教,因人而异的教学方式在这个时代显得格外重要,信息多元化与海量信息的被动接受与侵蚀,让成长在这个是时代的大学生变得迷茫,学生在疑惑中等待着师者的回答。如何让迷茫的年轻人热爱上壁画?在中国美术学院张敏杰教授的壁画课堂中,讲故事这种吸引学生注意力的方式不仅让壁画这门古老而神秘的学科充满魅力,又能在短短的1个小时的授课时间里最大限度的调动学生的积极性、主动性,因此来他的课堂上蹭课的外系学生也很多,他喜欢将枯燥的壁画史穿插进鲜活的人文思考。他让学生想象自己就是古老的西班牙阿尔塔米拉洞穴岩画、法国的韦泽尔河各岩画,或是中国境内的龟兹壁画、敦煌莫高窟壁画的作者,身临其境的思考作为这些无名氏的所思所想;他带领学生走进美术馆、城市建筑公共空间等地进行现场授课;他也曾因为学生晚间来电话遇到难题,而无数次地开车前往现场解决问题。多年来,他将学生视为朋友并深得学生信任,“教师”在他的词典里已超越简单的“教”与“学”而是浓重的情谊和乐在其中的慰藉。

He taught his students to imagine themselves as ancient Altamira Cave Paintings in Spain, the Weisel River Rock Paintings in France, or the Qutzi Murals in China, the authors of Dunhuang Mogao Grottoes, immersive reflections as these Anonymous thinking of what he thought; he led the students into art galleries, urban construction public space and other places for on-site lectures; he also had difficulties because the students phone calls in the evenings, and numerous times to drive to the scene to solve the problem. Over the years, he has treated his students as friends and won the trust of students. “Teachers” have gone beyond the simple “teaching” and “learning” in his lexicon but their strong friendship and enjoyment comfort.
