在一般人眼里,运动员都是粗线条,即使是姑娘,也似乎都是假小子。但在江南水乡绍兴,却有一位少年女于篮球队员,从球场走向T型舞台,跻身国际时装模特行列。她叫陶志芳,出生在辛亥革命烈士陶成章的家乡——浙江省绍兴县陶堰镇。陶志芳进初中那年,由于身材高挑,所以被城区树人中学排球队相中。后因绍兴市少体校组建女子篮球队,又被招去当中锋,并就读于有近百年历史的绍兴市第一中学。体校女于篮球队每天在体委大院内灯光球场进行训练。队员大多是城里人,因此,她这个农村姑娘就被安排在球场看台的小屋里居住。小屋既是寝室,又是球队的贮藏室。每到下午训练时问,志芳总要将篮球的气打得足足的,并亲自将一大网兜的球送到球场。训练结束,别的队员都纷纷离去,可她却要清场、整理器材和锁门。志芳为人厚道,生活俭朴,对学业也孜孜不倦。我住在体委三楼宿舍,从我的窗口往下看,正对着她的寝室。夜阑人静,我总看到她室内的灯光要很迟才熄灭。是啊!作为一名业余运动员,他们比其他学生要多一份负担,多一份辛苦。他们既要参加训练,比赛,又要管好自己的功课,这是多么不容易的事。
