目的:评价爱活尿通片联合八正散治疗湿热下注型前列腺炎的临床疗效。方法:将湿热下注型慢性前列腺炎患者采用用随机、对照组的方法进行研究,对治疗组82例和对照组82进行统计学分析。对照组为爱活尿通组,观察组为爱活尿通片联合八正散组,观察两组的的临床疗效。结果:两组间症状积分及NIH-CPSI评分治疗前后差值比较差异具有统计学意义,治疗组优于对照组。结论:爱活尿通片联合八正散煎剂治疗,能够明显改善湿热下注型慢性前列腺炎的症状积分与NIHCPSI评分,具有很好的临床疗效。
Objective: To evaluate the clinical effect of Ai Huitong Tablet Combined with Bazheng San on the treatment of damp-heat injection type prostatitis. Methods: The patients with chronic hypogonadism type chronic prostatitis were randomly divided into control group and control group. 82 cases of the treatment group and 82 cases of the control group were statistically analyzed. The control group was Aihuutong group, and the observation group was Aihuitongyu tablet combined with Bazheng powder group. The clinical curative effect of the two groups was observed. Results: There were significant differences in the difference of symptom scores and NIH-CPSI scores between the two groups before and after treatment, and the treatment group was better than the control group. CONCLUSION: Alopecia combined with Bazheng decoction can significantly improve symptom scores and NIHCPSI scores of patients with chronic hydrothorax and chronic type prostatitis, which has good clinical efficacy.
