关中城市近30年大气污染变化与防治

本文选取西安、宝鸡和渭南三个关中城市,以工业废气、工业二氧化硫和工业烟尘三个环境指标为依据,对比分析三个城市大气污染状况,以折射出整个关中平原的大气污染状况.研究结果表明:关中平原大气污染属于煤烟型污染;三个城市中,渭南三项指标均超标严重,西安次之.宝鸡最好.西安近些年的大气污染物呈下降趋势,大气环境质量逐渐好转,这主要是西安市政府采取了合理的治理措施.如无燃煤区和改煤区建设项目等工程.宝鸡市的大气状况与西安大气状况相似.其大气污染主要是能源利用不合理引起的,其中,冬季颗粒物的污染是很严重的.渭南污染最严重.表明该城市对大气污染治理措施不利.最后,针对大气污染的特点提出政府部门的相关治理方案. “,”In order to reflect the entire situation of air pollution in Guanzhong area, three cities in central Guanzhong Plain--Xi'an, Baoji and Weinan were taken to compare their air pollution situation based on three environmental indexes (industrial waste gas, sulphur dioxide and industrial dust). The results show that: the air pollution type of Guanzhong Plain is coal-burning pollution. Among the three cities, Weinan's air pollution is the most serious; Xi'an takes second place, and Baoji is the best. Air pollutants in Xi'an are declining, air quality is improving gradually in recent years, this is mainly determined by the control measures taken by Xi'an Municipal Government, such as coal-fired district and coal for area construction projects and other projects. Baoji's air condition is similar to Xi'an, the air pollution is mainly caused by irrational utilization of energy, and the particulate pollution is very serious in winter. Weinan's air pollution is the most serious, showing that the city is unfavorable for air pollution control measures. At last, according to the characteristics of the air pollution, the article puts forward to the relewmt government management plan.
