Germany “dog ” armored delivery vehicle is a 8 × 8 modular armored vehicle developed by the ARTEC company. ArTec is a joint venture consisting of Rhine Metals (64%) and Krauss-Maffei-Weigman (36%). ARTEC is responsible for research and development, and production takes place at KMW’s facilities in Munich and Rheinmetall’s Kassel plants, respectively.
