1临床资料患者男,43岁。尿道口溢脓伴尿痛1周,系带旁红肿伴疼痛2d。尿道口流白色分泌物,伴尿频、尿急、尿痛1周,逐渐加重,未予重视;2d前阴茎系带两侧出现红色结节,感疼痛剧烈,结节逐渐增大,无畏寒、发热。患者既往体健,2周前有非婚性接触史。体检:一般情况良好,系统检查未见明显异常。皮肤科情况:尿道口见白色脓性分泌物(图1),系带两侧各见一约黄豆大小、红色结节,质韧,压痛阳性(图2),腹股沟淋巴结未
