刘兴连:陕西省水产研究所工程师、所长助理。从1983年起,他连续六年在黄河滩蹲点,进行盐碱地养鱼试验和推广。由他主持的《黄河滩盐碱地池塘大面积综合养鱼技术的研究》课题,全面完成了规定任务指标,1986年被授予陕西省“六五”科技攻关先进集体,他本人被评为先进科技工作者,获科技进步三等奖。他参加的《陕西鱼类志》课题研究,获1986年省水利科技成果二等奖。1987年他主持《池塘高产养鱼技术推广》课题,获1988年省农村科技进步三等奖。1988年他主持农业部安排的陕西省池塘养鱼5000亩‘丰收计划’项目,使项
