在低碳经济背景下,我国中小型电动机制造企业面临着政策、技术、生产、市场、管理和财务等诸多风险。本文按照企业的生产经营流程建立了一套风险识别指标体系,每一方面的指标与识别出的企业面临的风险存在对应关系,可以更好地评价企业应对风险的能力。通过对案例企业的分析,本文认为各中小电机企业在低碳经济的环境下,应重视企业的研发能力,降低生产成本,并以充裕资金做后盾和保障。
In the context of low-carbon economy, small and medium sized motor manufacturers in our country are faced with many risks such as policy, technology, production, marketing, management and finance. This paper establishes a set of risk identification index system according to the production and business process of the enterprise. Each index has a corresponding relationship with the identified risks faced by the enterprise, which can better evaluate the ability of the enterprise to deal with the risk. Through the analysis of case enterprises, this paper argues that small and medium sized motor companies should attach importance to the R & D capability of enterprises and reduce production costs in the context of a low-carbon economy, backed by ample funds.
