人们对于藏铃(gril bu,应当dvil bu——译者)做为宗教用具在文学上的作用和制作这种铃的知识所给予的关注并非等量齐观。本文资材系来自一些旅居印度的西藏工匠,有些铸工(blugs pa)还是亲戚,有两位住在大吉岭(Darjeeling)的是弟兄,他们的三位堂兄弟也是弟兄,定居在德拉顿(Dehra Dun)。这个家族来自康区的德格寺(Sde dge dgon chen)。另有两位铸工,也是弟兄,现亦居大吉岭,其故乡是西藏东部的林仓(Gling tshhang)。所有这些手艺人至今仍按他们在西藏时的传统方法进行工作。
The attention paid to the role of the gril-buss as a religious instrument in the literature and the making of such bells is not exactly the same. This material is sourced from a group of Tibetan artisans living in India, some blugs pa or relatives, two brothers living in Darjeeling and three of their cousins who are brothers, settled in Dehra Dun). This family comes from Sde dge dgon chen in the Kham district. Another two castors, also brothers, are also home to Darjeeling, and their hometown is the Gling tshhang in eastern Tibet. All these artisans still work according to their traditional methods in Tibet.
