该文总结航空热处理制造过程中所用到的真空炉需要检测的参数,提出参数的控制要求,并针对这些参数提出每项参数的技术指标、所使用的主要检测设备、关键检测设备的校准。根据相关标准结合实际工作经验,编制参数的量值溯源信息表,为热处理工艺人员和热处理质量控制人员提供借鉴。
This paper summarizes the parameters needed for vacuum furnace used in the manufacturing process of aviation heat treatment, puts forward the control requirements of the parameters, and puts forward the technical index of each parameter, the calibration of the main testing equipment and the key testing equipment used for these parameters. According to relevant standards and practical work experience, the parameter traceability information table is prepared, which can provide reference for heat treatment technicians and heat treatment quality control personnel.
